How quickly will I get access after signing up?
Gate access is typically activated within 2-4 hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive your digital membership card and instructions via email within 2 hours. During business hours, it's often faster!

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your membership experience, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
What happens if I'm not an apartment resident?
Non-residents are welcome to apply! While residents get priority processing, we evaluate all applications. You'll need to coordinate gate access with building management for visits.
How does the member pricing work?
Your membership includes 15% off all beverages and food items. Just show your digital membership card (we'll know you!) and the discount is automatically applied.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing. Your card will be automatically charged monthly unless you cancel.
Can I bring guests?
Yes! Members can bring guests twice per month at no additional charge. Guests pay regular menu prices but can enjoy the space and participate in most events.
What if I have billing questions or need to update my payment method?
